Tom Hanley - CEO and Managing Director
Tom Hanley is the Chief Executive Officer of EDCORP Project Solutions, a company recognised for delivering turnkey, innovative and high-productivity solutions for large-scale, complex environmental contamination, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
A former member of the Australian Defence Force, Tom also has extensive risk management experience in semi-permissive and non-permissive environments. This background has equipped him with a disciplined, strategic and solutions-focused approach to leadership.
Tom is responsible for setting and executing the company’s strategic direction, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the ongoing success of the organisation. He is deeply committed to driving business growth, safeguarding company performance and upholding the values that define EDCORP Project Solutions.
Nial Finegan - Executive Director
Nial Finegan brings over 30 years of expertise in the successful design, delivery, and evaluation of public value projects and programs spanning capital works, civil infrastructure, buildings, community services, regulatory services, and public policy. He has held senior leadership roles in both the UK and Victoria across the fields of transport, engineering, public policy, and justice, culminating in his tenure as CEO of EPA Victoria.
As a Chartered Professional Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Australia, Nial combines technical excellence with strategic leadership. At EDCORP Project Solutions, he applies his extensive experience to deliver turnkey, innovative, and high-productivity solutions for large-scale, complex environmental contamination, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects.
Leigh Gallop - Operations Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in the civil construction sector, Leigh brings extensive knowledge and a proven history of delivering complex remediation and infrastructure projects. His career has spanned a diverse range of works, from road and drainage upgrades to major earthworks and large-scale civil infrastructure developments.
Leigh’s strong leadership and technical expertise enable him to manage multidisciplinary teams with precision, uphold the highest safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Recognised for his commitment to quality, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency, he consistently delivers results that exceed client expectations.
